The Sugihara bars have advantages, and disadvantages. They oil quite well and wear slowly. The large-mount bars work especially well on Stihl compared to Husky and others, since the bar slots are cut for Stihl (the others need to use spacers, which adds an insignificant bit of looseness).. Alot of the Husqvarna .325 on the newer saws is narrow kerf chain ,husky H30. It crosses to Oregon 95vpx. On my saws that run .325 I like the oregon 20lpx or husky H23 and oregon 72lgx or husky H47 for the 3/8 size.The 620 has improved intake and exhaust which helps explain why it costs $200.00 more. The Echo 590 can use up to a 24" bar while the Echo 620 can use up to a 28in bar. No one seems to mention the Makita 6100 which is on par with the Echo 620 for power and bar length..
