Finally, I figured out that Python was installed twice: From the Windows store which will reside under : C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Pythonaplay: main:831: audio open error: No such file or directory 0 ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'SpeechRecognition' despite module being successfully installed.
