LPR spouse petitions move more slowly than US citizen petitions, so it makes sense they're working on it now.I believe USCIS guidelines are that a case worker is allowed 60 days to adjudicate a case when assigned and it is being "actively reviewed", sometimes we really run into Aholes that leave it to day 59 due to negligence or overload of past cases. Hopefully end of FEB you hear back....
